Ombak Luwung (the name means Magnificent Waves in Balinese) is a completely private, self-contained villa right on Canggu Beach, which is midway between the busy Kuta district and the important Balinese temple of Tanah Lot (also home to the world famous Nirvana Golf Course). Just 300 meters up the beach you will find one of the top surf breaks in Bali - Echo Beach. Canggu itself is a quiet, Balinese village but we are only 20 minutes' drive from the upmarket shopping and dining districts of Legian and Seminyak.

High season at US$ 2,100.00 ++/night
Seasons : July 1st to July 31st September !st to september 15th, Easter week & Chinese New Year week
Minimum night of stay: 7 nights

Peak Season at US$ 2,650.00 ++/night
Seasons : August 1st to August 31st, December 20th to January 8th (Xmas & New Year Period )
Minimum nights of stay : 10 nights

Refundable deposit to be paid in cash on arrival.

BANJAR FEE & POLICE FEE
Required, USD350 for up to 70 - 100 persons, subject to change by authorities.
Rates should be re-confirmed at time of booking. Please note that the Banjar
will charge additional fee if the beach in front of the property is being used for
the event. The banjar fee of USD350 does not cover this.
