Comprised of four main structures, the Bungadesa Villa have been designed by their French owner to recreate the feeling of Indonesia that was to be had decades ago.

Seasons : July 1st to July 31st September 1st to september 15th, Easter week & Chinese New Year week
Minimum night of stay: 7 nights

Peak Season at US$ 2,250.00 ++/night
Seasons : August 1st to August 31st, December 20th to January 8th (Xmas & New Year Period )
Minimum nights of stay : 14 nights

FUNCTION FEE :

A Function may incur a surcharge of up to one night’s seasonal rate of function use. This surcharge will be in addition to any other charges necessary to use the villa for function purposes (for example local banjar fees etc. )

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
Required – US $ 500 and more depending on size and nature function. Refundable security deposit is to be paid in cash on arrival

BANJAR FEE & POLICE FEE
Banjar fee & Function fee will be applied for wedding with attendance more than 15 persons OR having loud entertainment.

MAXIMUM CAPACITY
Villa can take up for 100 pax for maximum
