Set back 40 metres from the cliff face, The Istana is a gated property comprised of two swimming pools, a relaxation bale, the main house, the self-contained, single-storey master suite, and a children’s wing located above the staff service area. The single-storey main house is a study in perfect symmetry, architecturally inspired by an Indonesian long house. It presents a living room, dining room, an audio-video room and four identical bedroom suites. The overall style is a medley between understated modern architecture and traditional Indonesian detailing.  The artwork represents a mixture of primitive art and antiques originating from Indonesia, keeping with the aura of tradition and style.

FUNCTION FEE :
A Function may incur a surcharge of up to one night’s seasonal rate of function use. This surcharge will be in addition to any other charges necessary to use the villa for function purposes (for example local banjar fees etc. )

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of US$1000 will be payable at time of check-in and refundable if no
loss/damage is caused. If any damages are caused, the repair / replacement cost will be the responsibility of the client.

BANJAR FEE & POLICE FEE
Compulsory Rp. 4,000,000 (approx US$ 400 ), Subject to change by authorities. Rate should be re-confirmed at time of booking
