Enter the Property by the Main Villa, which comprises the living & entertainment area, dining & bar, guest bathroom and ocean view designer kitchen. The whole main villa pavilion including the kitchen is fully air-conditioned. The main villa has glass sliding doors affording constant ocean view and when fully opened, invites that ocean breeze.

From beneath the main terrace, the black reflective pool (also with treated swimming pool water) cascades to merge with the glass fronted cliff edge swimming pool & Jacuzzi.

Tucked underneath the main terrace on the eastern side, a sky lit Spa Pavilion, air conditioned, boast its own bathroom/en-suite allowing for full spa treatments. The Spa Pavilion is fully furnished with 2 sets of customized massage beds and a plush spa sofa.

By the cliff edge lawn, the elevated pool terrace is the vantage point to take in that spectacular view of Suluban beach, rolling surf and views beyond. (To the east of the cliff edge, the cliff edge bale & bar decked in chic lime green outdoor sofas is also equipped with a sound system.)

Rates per night are applicable to the rental of the entire Villa Property facilities and services and
are subjected to 10% tax & 5% service charges

Function Fee
A Function fee will incur a surcharge of up to one night’s seasonal rate of function use. This surcharge will be in addition to any other charges necessary to use the villa for function purposes (for example local banjar fees etc.)

Refundable Security Deposit
A security deposit of US$1500 is required for venue hire which is refundable less any loss, damages to Suluban Cliff Villa Property arising from the event.

Banjar & Police Fee
Event comprising a gathering of more than 15 will require local banjar and police permits costing around US$450 per event booking and is excluded in the venue fee. Banjar cost is subject to further confirmation with the local village.

Maximum Capacity
The Villa can take up to 50 guests for a function, wedding or event.
