Who we are
This site is run by BALIVIP Wedding, a wedding planner based in Bali, Indonesia. If you have any question about your details, write to hello@balivipwedding.com.
What you share with us
When you apply, enquire, use the calculator or book a call, we receive what you type into the form: names, email, WhatsApp number, your wedding date, guest numbers and the choices you make about your celebration. We use it to reply to you, prepare your proposal and plan your wedding. We do not sell it.
Your answers are stored in our own database and reach our team through our staff tools and email. Companies that host our website, database, email and staff tools process it for us and only on our instructions.
Cookies and measurement
With your permission, this site uses:
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms). Tells us which of our adverts on Facebook and Instagram brought you here and whether you went on to apply or book a call. When you send a form, your email and phone number are scrambled (hashed) before they are sent to Meta so they can match the visit to an advert. Your answers about your wedding, budget or ceremony are never sent to Meta.
- Microsoft Clarity. Shows us, without your name, how people move around the site so we can fix pages that confuse.
Visitors in the UK, the European Economic Area and Switzerland are asked first, and nothing loads until they accept. Everyone else can opt out at any time.
You can also control how Meta uses this information in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and learn more about choices for interest-based adverts at aboutads.info/choices and youronlinechoices.eu.
If you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation is handled by WhatsApp (part of Meta) under its own terms. If you arrived from one of our adverts, the message may carry a short reference so we know which advert it was.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while we are in contact about your wedding, and afterwards only as long as we need to for our records and the law. Ask us and we will delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or tell us to stop using it, by writing to hello@balivipwedding.com.
